The organisers of the event, Monika Beudel and Thomas Kranebitter, live and work in Lower Austria. In 2009, they rented the riding stables in Wiener Neudorf, where they have established a livery stable as well as an exquisite riding school. Some of their students are participating successfully in dressage shows. Since 2010, the RSZ Wiener Neudorf organises three dressage shows per year. The roots of the Easter CDI were laid by Helga and Rudolf Beudel in Ebereichsdorf. In 2001, the event moved to Stadl-Paura, where it became a highlight during the Easter week. By moving to Wiener Neustadt, the organisers seek to ensure that participants, visitors and exhibitors profit from the unique infrastructure of the Lake Arena.
